If you have your PMP®, CPM™ or another recognized project management certification or advanced degree, you qualify to seek the Program and Portfolio Management Advanced Certification (PPMC)®.
The five day PPMC® curriculum includes:

- How to successfully translate strategic goals and initiatives into portfolios and programs
- Initiating programs and establishing an infrastructure for success
- Creating effective business cases to include cost justification
- Developing the program work breakdown structure (PWBS)
- Establishing cost models
- Quantitative risk management
- Identifying and managing project, program and portfolio interfaces and inter dependencies
- Managing project and program managers
- Multiple project management using scheduling tools
- Stakeholder and client relationship management
- Contract and vendor relationship management
- Resource and capacity planning and management
- Developing and managing effective dashboard reporting
- Implementing enterprise program and portfolio tools
- Techniques for effective negotiation Effective conflict management and problem solving
- Managing multiple projects with scheduling tools
- Cost performance management
- Inspecting projects and taking corrective action
- Conducting effective interim and post-implementation reviews
This training will prepare you for PMI's PgMP® certification examination
