This four-day experiential-based training and performance-based certification program will provide you with the knowledge, skills, experience and confidence to successfully lead utilizing the Agile approach to software and product development. During this four-day program you will be completely immersed into a realistic product development project where you will have the opportunity to apply practical and proven agile leadership tools and techniques.
